1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to our IoT-enabled facility management platform. By accessing and using this application, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (Amended 2008), the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and all applicable Indian laws. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (“User”) and the Company, a DPIIT-recognized entity registered under Startup India.
2. Definitions
- “Platform” refers to this application and all associated services
- “User” means any individual or entity accessing the Platform
- “Confidential Information” includes all proprietary data, trade secrets, business information, IoT sensor data, and technical information
- “Services” means all features, functionalities, and data provided through the Platform
3. DPIIT Recognition & Startup India Benefits
This platform is operated by a company recognized by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) under the Startup India initiative, entitling us to:
- Government tender preferences as per Public Procurement Policy
- Intellectual Property protection benefits under Startup India
- Self-certification compliance under labor and environmental laws
- Patent-pending technology protection under the Patents Act, 1970
4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
By using this platform, you enter into a binding NDA and agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary information, trade secrets, business data, IoT sensor data, and technical information accessed through this service. All data shared through this platform is confidential, and any breach constitutes a criminal offense.
5. Criminal Liability for Breach
Any unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or sharing of Confidential Information shall constitute criminal offenses under:

Indian Penal Code (IPC) / Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS):

6. Data Security Obligations (SPDI Rules, 2011)
Users must comply with the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
7. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, with the seat in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the IT Act, 2000, Indian Contract Act, 1872, IPC/BNS, and DPDP Act, 2023.
Criminal Liability Notice
Any unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or sharing of Confidential Information shall constitute a criminal offense under the IT Act, 2000 and IPC, punishable with imprisonment up to 7 years and/or fines up to ₹5,00,000.
